Photo Diary: Boston/D.C./NYC

Boston, MA

You may fall in love with this city if you are:

  1. A sports fanatic. Boston is the sports central where people come together for a Red Sox game at Fenway Park or catch a Celtics/Bruins game at TD Gaden.
  2. A history geek. Follow the Freedom Trail across the city and you’ll find the humble Old State House standing in the middle of tall buildings.
  3. A seafood lover. Head over to Quincy Market and grab a Lobster Roll from Boston Chowda. Don’t ask why and “just do it” (in Shia Labeouf’s tone).

Washington, DC

You may fall in love with this city if you are:

  1. An avid museum-goer. Admission is free for eleven Smithsonian museums on the National Mall. Can you ask for more?
  2. A monument/memorial admirer. From the Washington Monument to the Lincoln Memorial, there is always something to admire in every corner of the U.S. capital.

New York City, NY

You may fall in love with this city if you are:

  1. A lover of cities. This city is the city. Nothing compares to New York. If you enjoy bright lights and the fast-paced life, this is the place to be. There is always something to do in the city that never sleeps.
  2. A park enthusiast. What is summer without lying down on the grass in 70-degree weather? The Sheep Meadow in Central Park, which was once filled with grazing sheep, is now filled with sunbathers, kite flyers and picnickers.
  3. Wait… how is it possible to not fall in love with the view in the picture below?

Three different cities that are laid out not too far from one another, each with very different things to offer.

That is why you may fall in love with the Northeast.
